Q: How do I place my order?
A: If you see a product you would like to purchase, click on "Add to Cart". Once you have added everything you want to buy to the cart, click "Proceed to checkout". You can choose to either checkout as a guest, register an account or sign in as a returning customer. Follow the on-screen instructions. Review your order before continuing. Then click on "Continue" to complete the ordering process. A "Thank You" page will display signifying that you have completed the order and providing further details on how to make payment. You will also receive an order confirmation in your email.
Q: What if I am not pleased with my order, can I return it?
A: Goods bought are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable, However if the product is damaged before getting to you or we have mistakenly supplied you with a wrong item, please contact us within 24hrs to arrange an exchange. Kindly return the goods within 7 days to us unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. We will not accept any item back 7 days after delivery. Please note that items returned with tags missing will not be eligible for an exchange. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items.
Q: How long will it take to deliver the items I ordered?
A: Items ordered will be delivered between 2 days for deliveries within Lagos. Deliveries outside Lagos will take 5 business days.
Q: How much are the delivery charges?
A: We charge a flat rate of 2000 for items delivered in Lagos. However For outside lagos orders, we will need to weigh your order and convey the delivery charge to you after the order is placed.
Q: How will the delivery be done?
A:Deliveries are done through reputed courier Providers.
However for large orders outside Lagos, we recommend using the bus terminal in your state to save cost. In this case, customers will have to collect the order at the bus terminal.
Q: How do I make Payment for my Order?
A: Payment can be done with your debit card on the website through SimplePay. Also we accept direct bank deposit into our account.
Q: What do you mean by Minimum Order Quantity?
A: As a wholesale store, we do not accept orders in small qty since the idea is to sell volume at the lowest cost possible. Therefore we are looking for retailers who intend to buy in large quantities at a great price to enable them make profit when reselling these products. Also if you are an end-user who wants to buy in bulk and reduced prices, then you are welcome to do so.
Q: Can I Change or cancel my Order?
A: Yes, you can change any items in your order as well as can totally cancel the order (withing 48 hours after payment). You will need to contact us by phone or mail withing 48 hours after your payment is done. After 48hours, cancellation on orders are not allowed as your items may already have been packed by then.
